4777sx Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 4777sx ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 4777sx platform available at 4777sx.pro, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 4777sx platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 4777sx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 4777sx or any of its associated companies.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by 4777sx for any reason related to breach of these Terms.

By registering on 4777sx, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. 4777sx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 4777sx platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or through any other means — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 4777sx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4777sx support immediately at [email protected].

4777sx accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account. Any winnings accumulated through an account used by a person other than the registered account holder may be voided without prior notice.

• Account currency is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated in PKR.
• 4777sx reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds checks on any account at any time.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting 4777sx support. Any pending withdrawal will be processed before closure is finalised.

4777sx supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion and no hidden fees charged by 4777sx.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 4777sx account instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within the same business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
• 4777sx does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit source must match the name on your verified 4777sx account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Bank withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to three business days.
• 4777sx reserves the right to request full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified 4777sx account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.

4777sx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as published on the 4777sx platform at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless stated otherwise.
• Free spins winnings may be subject to a separate wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• 4777sx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multi-accounting, or in abuse of promotional conditions.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may contribute differently to wagering requirements depending on the game type. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on odds.

4777sx takes bonus abuse seriously. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through systematic strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals.

All sports bets placed on 4777sx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. 4777sx reserves the right to void, settle, or amend any bet in circumstances where there has been a palpable error in odds, a data feed error, or any other technical or operational failure that materially affected the bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the 4777sx platform explicitly provides a "cash out" feature for that market.
• 4777sx reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, player, or account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) shall be final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The result of any game round is final once it has been completed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed on the server. The result generated server-side will stand as the final outcome.
• 4777sx reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or product at any time for maintenance, technical reasons, or regulatory compliance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 4777sx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or using more than one account, whether in your own name or any other name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a bug or glitch will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 4777sx for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the 4777sx platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 4777sx staff or other players through any communication channel.

4777sx cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected criminal activity identified on or through the 4777sx platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

4777sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered 4777sx player at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is reached and be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4777sx platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 4777sx.

Any unauthorised use of 4777sx intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 4777sx reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777sx shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

4777sx does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory reasons without liability to you.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 4777sx's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, 4777sx's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 4777sx account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your 4777sx account. 4777sx accepts no responsibility for gambling losses sustained by you in the course of using the platform.

4777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of 4777sx's systems or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 4777sx reserves the right to void all outstanding bets and forfeit all balances, including any bonus and real-money funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a jurisdiction), any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 4777sx support. Please allow up to five business days for account closure to be fully processed. Any pending withdrawals will be honoured prior to closure.

4777sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice displayed on the 4777sx platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 4777sx platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the 4777sx platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be submitted in writing to 4777sx customer support at [email protected]. 4777sx will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receiving a complete written complaint.

If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as indicated in the platform's licensing information. 4777sx's decision on all game outcome disputes shall be final where the decision is supported by server-side logs and RNG certification records.
